Hey all you bikers and biker friends of I 12. I thought I would share a Honduras experience with all you guys. Every day on my walk to school I pass by the house of this 80 year old guy biking on his exercise bike. This could be some of you in 58 years. Here he is showing me the proper technique to race uphill…note the profesional helmet, gloves, and bike shoes.
